CZECH CYCLING TOUR: DRAPERI E MARTINEZ ALL'ATTACCO NELLA TAPPA REGINA

CZECH CYCLING TOUR: DRAPERI AND MARTINEZ HAVE TRIED THEIR LUCK IN THE QUEEN STAGE

We aimed for a better result but the jerseys of the team Wilier Triestina - Selle Italia were often in the front of the peloton in the 3rd stage of the Czech Cycling Tour.

The first of our riders to attack was Matteo Draperi that on the KOM of Vidly has tried to bridge into the front group of four riders that was leading the race but his attempt ended on the following KOM in Hvezda.

The fast pace in the final hard circuit was reducing the main bunch and so Daniel Felipe Martinez was protagonist of an attack on the second of the three climbs of Ecce Homo but he was neutralized just at the bottom of the climb in the last lap.

Six riders were the fastest on the final climb and one of them, Josef Cerny, was able to claim the win while Mirko Trosino was the first of our riders in the peloton ending in 25th place.

In the general classification now we sit from the 12th to the 15th place in order with Godoy, Martinez, Rodriguez and Trosino before the final stage in Dolany with a circuit to be repeated 9 times.
