Da mercoledì a domenica il GM Europa Ovini torna a correre in Francia come unica squadra italiana al via della corsa a tappe
Si correrà da mercoledì 27 luglio a domenica 31 luglio il Giro dell’Alsazia, gara a tappe di categoria 2.2 dell’UCI Europe Tour. Il GM Europa Ovini sarà l’unica squadra italiana al via della corsa a tappe francese. 5 giorni attraverso le montagne e le pianure della Francia, con una cronometro individuale di 7 km da affrontare il primo giorno.
La squadra sarà diretta dal direttore sportivo Roberto Damiani e la formazione sarà composta da Filippo Fortin, Davide Pacchiardo, Josè Marquez, Ivan Balykin, Antonio Di Sante e Andrea Ruscetta.
“Il Giro dell’Alsazia è una corsa di buon livello, con ottime squadre al via – spiega Roberto Damiani – per noi questa è la gara che precede il periodo di stacco che avremo nel mese di agosto, quando ci fermeremo per preparare al meglio le classiche italiane di fine stagione. Pur essendo l’ultima corsa di questo periodo andiamo in Francia con grande determinazione e fiducia”.

From wednesday to sunday the GM Europa Ovini backs in France as only italian team at the start of the stage race
Will take place from Wednesday, July 27th to Sunday 31st July, the Alsace Tour, stage race of category 2.2 of the UCI Europe Tour. The GM Europa Ovini will be the only Italian team at the start of the French stage race. 5 days through the mountains and plains of France, with an individual time trial of 7 km in the first day.
The team will be led by sports director Roberto Damiani and the squad is composed from Filippo Fortin, Davide Pacchiardo, Josè Marquez, Ivan Balykin, Antonio Di Sante and Andrea Ruscetta.
“The Tour of Alsace is a good race, with good teams at the start – says Roberto Damiani – for us this is the race that precedes the month of August, when we stop to better prepare the Italian late-season classic. Despite being the last race of this period we go to France with great determination and confidence”.
